Training Overview
Training will be offered in many forms. Everyone has a slightly different learning style, so be aware of your strengths and weaknesses. Some material you will enjoy, and some you will enjoy less - if something is difficult, spend more time on it.
The skills taught here are critical for anyone that wants to control their own destiny in the information age. Therefore all essential knowledge and skills will be provided without restriction. The creation and maintenance of this platform are not without sacrifice, however. For this reason, donations are accepted at any time, and at various donation levels, additional tools, training, and coaching are available. The reasons for this are twofold:
- Regular donations represent a commitment, both to yourself and to the mission
- The Neuromancy platform requires resources to provide high value service
Warning
At Neuromancy, we generally do things the hard way. We believe understanding at a deep level usually trumps having something done for you. If you don’t have the critical skills of focus and patience, you Will learn those here. Nothing is perfect, and we will point out when and why a compromise is deemed necessary.
Training Levels
As suggested in the introduction, training progression is loosely based on a martial arts system. In physical martial arts, belts may be awarded when students can demonstrate certain skills in an art. The same idea is applied here. Passing a level test represents basic competency in that level’s material, not expertise. Be aware that learning is a lifelong journey, and mastery of the basics is a solid foundation to pursue.
Level Progression
- White
- Yellow
- Orange
- Green
- Blue
- Brown
- Black
Each level has requirements and challenges that must be passed for advancement.
Achieving “higher” levels does not insinuate that a being is any better than someone at a “lower” level. We all remain equal; some have just progressed further on this particular path. Humility is valuable in all of life’s concerns, and it is recommended to avoid giving advice unless it is requested. Be sure to balance that by offering help whenever you can. Please show respect to everyone here - we all bring unique value to this project.
